Led by Lama Pema, the Insight Practice Groups work with the Calm Abiding meditation, but take it a step further with contemplating and exploring the mind. Prior empowerment & instruction required to attend. Open to new and renewing members at the November meeting.

Prerequisites: Tranquility Group membership of 2+ years or equivalent experience, and the lama’s permission is required.

The group meets on Tonglen Sundays from 12:30-2:00 pm
