Kyabjé Kalu Rinpoche will give the Six-Armed Mahakala Empowerment on the weekend of March 30-31, with introduction and instruction on Saturday, and the empowerment and offering celebration on Sunday.

Six-Armed Mahakala is the wrathfully compassionate protector of the Shangpa Kagyu lineage, and the protector of all practitioners within that lineage. In the meditation we will learn, we call upon Mahakala to cut through our confusion and obstacles, so that our understanding of the dharma will be accurate, and our practice will flourish.

Rinpoche will also bestow an additional Mahakala instruction called La Gön Yer Me, meaning Lama/Protector inseparable, which can deepen our relationship with our teacher.

This is an in-person event, with pre-registration required. Attendees must commit to be present for both days of teaching.
