Joyful Effort Practice Group

Introduction to the Joyful Effort Practice Group

Following the Thursday Calm Abiding Meditation via Zoom

Joyful Effort practices the Ngöndro or Foundations meditations. These were created to provide an entryway and sturdy base for future Mahamudra meditation, which is the pinnacle teaching of the Kagyu lineages.

On March 24th, from 6:00 – 6:40 pm, Lama Yeshe will lead the Calm Abiding meditation. For the evening’s dharma talk, she will introduce the Joyful Effort Practice Group, which opens to new members on Sunday, April 24th.

Lama Yeshe will briefly describe the four practices available, as well as the support provided by the monthly practice group. All are welcome to attend and there will be time for questions during the presentation.

No registration is required. You can attend by contacting the office for the Zoom link. office@kscashland.org
