September 11th marks the anniversary of events that shook our country deeply, where many people lost their lives and others were deeply impacted.
Please join us for a special Half-Day Sit to practice together with methods of calm abiding, loving kindness and compassion, and to dedicate the merit of the practice to all those involved and to all beings.
When we practice for several sessions in a row, our mind has more time to settle and the teachings are better able to integrate and blossom within our experience. By sitting together, we support each other’s practice and may find that we are able to practice more deeply for longer periods of time.
