Dharma Kids is full for this season, if you would like to be added to the waitlist please submit a registration form.

The Dharma Kids program serves children in grades K - 5. The program provides a wonderful opportunity for children to learn about and experience the Dharma in ways suitable for children such as Dharma art projects, meditations and games that teach mindfulness. All for the benefit of all sentient beings.

Lama Pema or Lama Yeshe kindly offers a brief Dharma talk at the beginning of each session. 

Akash Totain and Adam Jaffe Back are happy to return this season as the practice group leaders and we are fortunate to have Ann and Clark Zimmerman join our team of parent volunteers working with the program. They are experienced meditation teachers who share a love of the Dharma. 

Beginning in October, Dharma Kids sessions will be held twice a month to coincide with each Calm Abiding and Tonglen session. We ask that each family commit to attending at least one session per month. Parents are welcome to stay with us or enjoy their own practice upstairs in the sanctuary.
