Embracing Conflict on the Buddhist Path

At Kagyu Sukha Chöling via Zoom

This event is an opportunity to review the Buddhist practices to help us work with afflictive emotions that arise during conflict. Our goal is to become more skillful and comfortable embracing conflict and engaging in meaningful dialogue when we are in conflict. Participants can bring a current conflict and we will support each other to practice a new approach, to Embrace Conflict.

Alison Laughlin, KSC Sangha member, will facilitate the event. She has experience teaching communication, and has received training in Restorative Circles and Non Violent Communication.

Everyone is welcome!
