with Lama Pema Clark Online via Zoom
Tuesday evenings 5:30-7:00pm, April 27-June 1
This 6-week class series examines principles of Tibetan Buddhist psychological theory and the application of those principles in creating individual emotional clarity. We explore the Buddhist view of desire, confusion and aggression, and develop an understanding of ego’s neurotic and wisdom aspects. This is an excellent class for those who have dual interests in psychology and Buddhism. Meditation, using the body as a support, will be taught and utilized as a way to heighten the mind’s experience.
Lama Pema Clark is a resident teacher at Kagyu Sukha Chöling in Ashland, Oregon. A student of Venerable Kalu Rinpoche and Lama Lodru Rinpoche, she completed the traditional three-year retreat, and has taught at KSC since 2001.
Tuition: $145 ($125 for KSC members at $30 per month or more dues) Scholarships available. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
