A Hybrid Teaching with devon + nico

10:00 - noon & 2:00 - 4:00 pm

Tuition: $50 for the day
($35 financial need reduced fee)

For many householders in the West, Vajrayana practices can feel out of reach. While we may love the values and the deep potential of the tradition, it can be difficult to set aside time to learn the meditations and to integrate them into our daily routine.

How do we find the time and energy to engage in these beautiful, profound, and often complex practices?

How can we incorporate formal retreat time into our busy lives?

Why should we take the time to simplify, get quiet, and dive deep into our own hearts and minds?

In this daylong workshop, nico and devon hase will speak about their experiences in two decades of dharma practice, including stories from their recent three-year home retreat.

We look forward to practicing with you as we find out together how depth practice can continue to thrive in these times.

devon + nico hase will complete the three-year Shangpa retreat cycle on June 24, under the guidance of Lama Drubgyu Tenzin and Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche. They have spent years in retreat in the Insight, Zen, and Vajrayana traditions. They teach online and in person, mentor meditation teachers, lead retreats at Insight Meditation Society, Spirit Rock and other centers, and work one-on-one with long-term students.
