Embracing Conflict on the Buddhist Path

In this series, we will use small conflicts and support one another as we:

  • Investigate what it means to embrace conflict using Buddhist teachings as a framework

  • Get to know our unhelpful patterns and old storylines that arise during conflict

  • Learn new skills that can strengthen relationships, even during conflict situations

This free class will be facilitated by Alison Laughlin, a KSC sangha member, who has experience teaching communication, conflict management, and assertiveness. She has received training in Restorative Circles and Non-Violent Communication.
